Holding expanded awareness as you walk two worlds is a practice that connects you with your guides and greater wisdom. It is multiverse living. It is a tool shamans have used for eons to receive information from other realms.

You may be driving in your car and you receive messages from someone who has crossed over. Perhaps when you shower you get intuitive downloads from the Universe. Maybe you are walking in the woods and you hear the land, animals, or your guides communicating with you.

You may be speaking to a group of people and so in the flow that the words are literally pouring out of you as you wonder where this is coming from?

It’s coming from another realm, from your guides, perhaps from Source. It’s coming from the other world. It may even be coming from other planets or times.

When you invite multiverse living, it becomes a natural and organic way to experience the 3D world. You have complete control and awareness of the task you are doing in the physical world, while also having expanded awareness of what is happening in the wider world of energy, time and space.

Walking this way frees up your emotional body. You are able to allow yourself to be sad and still see the magic in a sunset. You allow the sorrow to be, while knowing there is joy. Your heart can be breaking into 1,000 pieces even while you hold love in each of those pieces for the lessons you are learning in the breaking.

Walking this way brings insights and decision clarity to your mental body. Ever struggle with a big decision and not know how to get clear on it? When you expand your awareness and walk two worlds, you stop focusing on the 3D level issues and open to the bigger picture. There, outside your usual mental capacity, larger truths are revealed and making decisions becomes effortless.

Walking this way brings spiritual awareness. When you can be in communication with your guides, ancestors, the land, Source, and all spirit world entities, you are awakened to the greater truth of who your eternal soul is in this human experience. You start living from an enlightened space of expanded awareness. You wake up to the truth that you are a divine being in human form.

Walking two worlds is a more awakened way to walk. It is available to all of us, all the time. Why not invite the Universe to speak to you or through you? That is the first step to walking two worlds. Just open the door and your heart and then listen.
